    KOOBOOX ("we", "us") operates kooboox.com. This page explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

    Information we collect

    When you place an order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and phone number if provided. When you upload a photo for a custom puzzle or canvas, we collect that image solely to produce your order. We do not store full payment card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.

    How we use it

    We use your information to process and ship orders, calculate shipping rates (via Shippo), respond to questions, and — only if you've opted in — send occasional updates about new products. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

    Photos you upload

    Photos submitted for custom orders are used only to manufacture your puzzle or canvas and are not used for marketing or shared publicly without your separate permission.

    Third-party services

    We share the minimum necessary information with Stripe (payment processing) and Shippo (shipping label and rate calculation) to fulfill your order. Each has its own privacy practices.

    Children's privacy

    Our products are for all ages, but our website and checkout are intended for use by adults (18+) purchasing on behalf of themselves or their family. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

    Your rights

    You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except where we're required to keep records, e.g. for tax purposes), by emailing info@kooboox.com.

    By ordering from kooboox.com, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't place an order — reach out to us first at info@kooboox.com and we'll try to help.

    Orders & payment

    All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout.

    Custom orders

    For custom puzzles and canvas prints, you confirm that you own the rights to any photo you upload, or have permission to use it. We reserve the right to decline any upload that appears to infringe someone else's copyright or depicts a real person without apparent consent.

    Shipping

    We currently ship within the USA and Canada. Shipping times and rates are estimated at checkout via Shippo and may vary with carrier delays outside our control.

    Returns & refunds

    Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Because custom puzzles and canvases are made specifically for you, we can only accept returns on custom items if the product arrives damaged or defective — contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.

    Product safety

    Puzzles contain small parts and are a choking hazard — not suitable for children under 3 years.

    Intellectual property

    All original designs, photography, and site content are the property of KOOBOOX unless otherwise noted. Please don't reproduce our catalog designs for resale.

    Limitation of liability

    We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
